Preparing for Your Appointment

For a productive Spine Surgery Appointment,  please bring these following Items to the Visit:

1.  All your pertinent diagnostic tests including the reports,  and the actual images of the tests including MRI’s, X-rays,  and CT scans.

2. All pertinent medical records including prior evaluations by Spine Specialists, and Spine Surgeons.  If you have not seen a spine specialist,  prior records referring to your spine complaints from your family physician or Emergency room can be helpful.

3. A list of your current medications and a list of your current medical problems,  and prior surgical procedures.

4. A list of the questions that you would like explored during your Spine Surgery Consultation.

5. A Family Member or a Close friend for moral support and also to keep you focused on your problems.
